RESEARCH

Our company has a PGM (Platinum, Palladium and Rhodium) smelting and recovery pilot plant. The technology was developed by our staff after 4 years of Research and Development, obtaining the knowledge to recover up to 99% of the metals present. in catalysts, electrical and electronic waste.

PILOT PLANT

ELECTROSTATIC SEPARATION

In our company after 4 years of research and development; built a plant for the separation of metals contained in electronic circuits using Carpco Outokumpu Technology, world leaders in mineral separation. Our plant has an installed capacity to process more than 3,000 tons of electronic circuits per year with a recovery efficiency of over 98%.

LAB ANALYSIS / FIRE ASSAY

Sitekol offers laboratory services for the analysis of precious metals present in catalysts, electronic cards and in mineral samples.

X-ray analysis and gas chromatography: we have equipment with special calibration for catalysts with platinum content.

Fire analysis: our laboratory analyzes small samples in fire where we extract all the precious metals present in the sample with a very high precision and then they are weighed in a precision analytical balance of 0.00001gr.
